Dr. Michael Nosov graduated from the School of Dental Medicine, State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007 with academic honors. He went on to complete a general practice residency in Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn New York. Since then, Dr. Nosov has gained considerable experience working in general dentistry practices, including a practice specializing in orthodontics.
While completing his training, Dr. Nosov participated in the Big brother/Big Sister of Western New York program and was a Smile Day dental student volunteer at the Buffalo Children's Hospital in 2007. Dr. Nosov is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association, and he ensures his knowledge is up-to-date through continuing education courses in dentistry. In addition Dr. Nosov has clinical experience in behavioral therapy for people with cerebral palsy and Down syndrome.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nosov enjoys tennis, skiing, travel, photography and computer and video editing. Patients visiting the Cosmetic Dentistry Center can benefit from the fact that Dr. Nosov is fluent in no less than three different languages which are English, Russian and Ukrainian.
